As our Property Coordinator, you will:
You're a detail person who thrives on making sure information is up to date and in order. Confident in your abilities to keep people and projects moving forward, you easily step in as needed to nudge things along. And you do so in a way that makes people trust you and want to do their best work. You've already had some experience in property/real estate management, so are familiar with the terms and conditions of these projects, and you easily spot any additional details that may need to be addressed. A skilled problem-solver, you have excellent computer and data base management skills, and you're able to clearly communicate complex information in writing and over the phone.
WHAT WE OFFER:
We provide a paid orientation, and training to obtain certification in First Aid, CPR, the Medication Administration Program (MAP), and Applied Non-Violence.
