Program Director of Berkshire Vocational Services

ServiceNet is seeking a connected and well-respected community leader to take the reins of our Berkshire Vocational Services in Pittsfield, MA.

ServiceNet's Berkshire Vocational Services helps people with disabilities find and maintain employment throughout WesternMassachusetts.  We have helped more than 1,200 people lead more fulfilling lives, by placing them in independent, competitive employment positions. We contribute our successful job placements to the in-depth skills assessment we do with each client. From there, great effort is put towards finding the best match between the job seeker's abilities and interests, and the needs of a particular employer. In addition, once a client has been placed, we offer a variety of supportive services to employees and their employers to ensure high productivity, growth, and job satisfaction for both parties.

This is a great opportunity for someone to give back to their community and help local people and businesses thrive. Our next Program Director will have experience innovating and developing opportunities for individuals with disabilities. And they will have a knack for creating mutually beneficial relationships. They will also be responsible for overseeing a talented staff of day counselors, administrators and job coaches, as well as our community-based day program.

Job Qualifications:

-  Bachelors or Masters (preferred) in Vocational Rehabilitation, Human Services or related field.

-  Knowledge of local employer network (preferred)

-  Experience working with the disabled population


Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
