Seeking Program Clinician
In Developmental and Brain Injury Services Division - work with clients in our Outreach and Shared-Living programs

This full-time (40 hours/week) position is based out of Holyoke, MA and will offer a flexible schedule with occasional evening and/or weekend hours required, based on program clinical needs. Salary will be in the $45,000 to $55,000 range, commensurate with licensure status and level of education, training, and experience.
This position will assist in providing clinical leadership and oversight to our Outreach and Shared Living programs that serve individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. They will provide education and training to program directors, shared-living providers, and direct care staff, as well as provide support and assistance on all intake evaluations of clients. The program clinician will consult and collaborate with program directors, shared-living providers and direct care staff to develop individualized, clinically-informed programing and services. They will develop, review, and update client-specific treatment plans and other required documentation, and attend program staff meetings. The program clinician is responsible for attending Individual Support Plan meetings, Risk Review meetings, and other meetings with outside agencies (Department of Developmental Services, Department of Mental Health, etc.), as well as collaborating and coordinating care with clients' outside treatment providers. They will also provide clinical guidance in times of client crises, and at other times as needed.
Program clinicians will receive regular and ongoing high-quality supervision from an expert multi-disciplinary team, and will have access to expert consultation as needed. Additionally, program clinicians will be supported to pursue ongoing training and education as they develop their expertise.
The successful candidate will be energetic, organized, and able to think creatively to address client and program needs. Further, we are looking for a clinician who can both work independently and also collaborate to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
? Must be licensed, or license eligible within 1 year of hire, as a Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts.
? Must have at least five years of clinical experience.
? Experience with outreach and shared-living programs preferred.
? Bilingual/multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
? Experience working with clients who have developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
? Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
