Housing Specialist (816)


ServiceNet, an innovative mental health and human services non-profit organization in Northampton, is looking for a full time Housing Specialist in Franklin and Hampshire Counties to coordinate the housing needs of our program participants. She/he will perform a variety of duties involved in the certification of participant's eligibility for all housing assistance programs.


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Services and/or two years of related experience.
  • Knowledge or understanding of tenant's rights and responsibilities and keeping in compliance with HUD rules and regulations.
  • Liaison with courts and landlords
  • Outstanding record keeping, budgeting, and mathematical skills; ability to produce required reports to federal, state, and local government agencies and funding sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the skill to learn various in house software programs.
